Prices and examples

IMPORTANT NOTICEDue to Paypal's changes to currency exchange, all invoices will be sent out in HUF. This is to avoid being subjected to massive cuts when dealing with the currency exchange through PayPal!As my currency changes alot, the standard I will be using (as of 2024.05.28.) will be 1 USD being 370 HUF and 1 EUR being 400 HUF.

UPDATED: 2023.08.05.Through any purchases you agree to abide and follow these rules.What I do:- Humanoids (Includes humans, human-like characters, humanoid monsters etc.)
- Original Characters
- Fanart
- Simpler mecha/robots (PLEASE inquire me about this!)
- Anthroified Flight Rising dragons (PLEASE inquire with me about the character!)
- Gijinkas (You MUST provide an already existing, clear reference in this case.)
- Scars, mild bloodWhat I DON’T do:- NSFW content (at this time)
- Gore, graphic violence
- Overly complicated designs
- Furries (Ask me about anthro characters)
- Any kind of fetishes
- Non-con/Dub-con
- Children depicted in adult situations
- Any depictions of hate crimes against minorities/hateful content.
- NFTs/AI artGeneral rules:- Through commissioning me, the artwork is ONLY FOR PERSONAL, NON-COMMERCIAL USE.-Through commissioning me, you agree that my art is to not be turned into NFTs, nor will be fed into AI image generators, such as Midjourney, or be used in cryptocurrency exchanges.- Through commissioning me, the high-res, detailed piece will be sent to you via e-mail, both with and without watermarks. The web version will always be low res, and will be put through Glaze for personal protection.- I hold all the right to decline a commission if it falls outside of my comfort zone (anything that has to do with what I don’t do section, or if I feel it falls outside of my skill level.)- All Payments are through PayPal and made in HUF (equivalent to the specified amount equivalent to the EUR/USD equivalent.)
You will receive an invoice from me once the sketch has been approved.- Displayed prices might change based on complexity, difficulty, size and medium of each individual piece.- You can contact me on my Twitter account (@theultimateowl), my Tumblr (the-ultimate-owl) for any further inquiries before you send me an e-mail with the commission details ([email protected]).- Please include a clean, and large enough SFW, coloured reference where I can see all the details. If the only reference sheet you got is NSFW, please block out any NSFW bits. (Please do not send any Adult rated reference reference sheets in this case, Mature at maximum.)- Please include basic information about your character (personality, mannerisms), which helps me understand their personality and thus helps me with their proper interpretation. Please include pose ideas as well if you have any in mind!- Design commissions are NOT available at this point of time.- Please include pose references/pose ideas, as well as other information regarding your character’s emotional state, in short, what you wish to see in the final piece (Not including a pose reference is acceptable as well, in that case I will use my artistic freedom.)- I will give you updates in the various stages (sketch, line art, flat & final).- In the sketching stage, changes are free of charge (up to 3 changes). Anything afterwards will have a smaller charge on it (5 EUR/2000 HUF).- You are more than encouraged to check-in with me in case you need updates, re-assurances or reminders.- Once the image is completed, if there are smaller details I need to fix/accidentally miss, I am willing to fix them free of charge. If a piece needs to be completely redone, I pertain all right to refuse.Regarding cancellation/refunds- If you wish to cancel your commission in the sketching stage, you will be refunded 50% of the price. If it was a sketch commission, no refunds.- If you wish to cancel your commission after the sketching stage, I retain all rights to give either a partial refund (25%) or no refunds, depending on the level of completion.- If you cancel your commission in the sketching stage, I pertain all rights to potentially re-use the same pose for future commissions.- I reserve the right to issue a refund and cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior.- Under SPECIAL circumstances (Such as inability to start your commission within a maximum of 2 months) you will receive a full refund. Inkblot: TheUltimateOwl- If you repost my art to sites (such as toyhou.se), please CREDIT my Toyhou.se which is the same username (TheUltimateOwl) or on other websites preferrably reblog/retweet the post I posted up and tagged you in!- You may NOT remove the watermark from the artpiece, and only be allowed to repost the watermarked version of the work.- You may not profit from the artwork itself, nor you are allowed to make massprints of the artwork for such purposes.Payments- All payments must be made upfront (if unable to provide full amount, then 50% upfront) before I start working on the piece. After the approved sketch, the remainder 50% is to be paid if you haven't paid the full amount yet.Once we have agreed upon the details, an invoice will be sent to your account.- No cryptocurrencies or other virtual currencies are accepted at this point (no deviantART points or any other website’s own currency).
